The Satin Dollz - 1940s USO Reel

The Satin Dollz, with their blended harmonies and showstopping tap dance, dazzle thousands at the annual 1940s Summer Ball in Colorado The Los Angeles division of The Satin Dollz is featured in the video, shot and edited by Brent Andeck. Music: "Bounce Me Brother With A Solid Four" - Pin Up Revolution album, The Satin Dollz A little bit about the Dollz: "From all corners of the United States, the lovely Satin Dollz were brought together on one stage in 2005 to deliver top-notch entertainment reminiscent of the WWII USO Camp Shows. These pin up darlings, a stunning ensemble of singing, tap dancing, and downright charming ladies, have delighted audiences young and old, stateside and overseas, with their blended vocal harmonies, high energy tap dancing, sparkling charisma and stunning beauty wrapped up in a retro bow. As of 2023, this international family of over 90 talented pin up powerhouses are now based in 6 cities across 4 counties including England, France and Italy. The Satin Dollz always enjoy entertaining veterans in the US as well as overseas. Jazz residencies have included Los Angeles' famous Cicada Club with Dean Mora's Swing Orchestra, the historic Queen Mary in Long Beach, London's Trader Vics, and at the Jazz Cave in St. Julian's Bay on the island of Malta. New York City is The Satin Dollz' newest and most sizzling division to date with twelve impressive vocalists, all handpicked from Manhattan's dizzying pool of talent. In their first year, these Dollz have made national news, opened for Michael Bublé for a billionaire's birthday party, entertained troops aboard NYC's Intrepid, and are now performing in a weekly residency at the USA Brooklyn Delicatessen in Times Square. In 2020, The Satin Dollz released their debut album "Pin Up Revolution" featuring their vocalists from the US and England offering up some of the sassiest big band swing and mashups. All About Jazz said "their harmonies are close (think the Andrews Sisters), they sing and swing tight as a Gene Krupa snare, are intonation-impeccable, and the Dollz swing their 's'es off."
